If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. For watch and scarves you return the product to us within 7 days of receipt.The product shall be un-used, product tags shall not be tampered with, and the product shall be in the original brand packaging. This policy is applicable only to those which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our site.

All items must be received by Cantix in order for customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You shall ensure that all product is sent to us will be in the same condition/packaging as it was when received by you. In the event that the item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
Your store credit will automatically applied for your next purchase. The store credit has a validity of 3 months. Upon expiry, the credit will no longer be in your account for use. Please check your account.
You may process returns through your nearest post office branch by filling up the return delivery form (same delivery company when you receive the parcel). We do not accept any walk in returns.
Your returned products together with the return slip are usually received and accepted at our office within 5 days after the pickup from our delivery partner. We will refund you via store credit.
