HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse through our catalogue based on the categories. Once you have found an item, choose your size and add to the cart.  

Review your shopping cart by clicking the “SHOPPING BAG” button at the top page. Then key in all the necessary details and proceed for payment to complete your order.VOILA!

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

By creating an account, it will allows you to track your purchases, review past purchases, and shop quicker for the next purchases.

HOW DO I RE-SET MY PASSWORD?

To change your password, kindly click the “forgotten password” link

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Before we delivered your parcel, we can cancel the order, edit the size or change your billing and shipping details.

But we cannot edit the item quantity, add items to the shopping cart or combine orders once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, kindly email to hello@cantix.com.my

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH IT WILL COST?

It will take 3-5 working days. Delivery charges will be different for each country. The shipping cost will be automatically added during checkout.

We will not be responsible for customs delays on our international customers.

WILL MY PARCEL BE IMPOSED WITH DUTIES AND TAXES?

All the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your package arrives at the destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, local sales taxes and customs levied by the country shipping destinations. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your delivery status, including the airway bill number to track your package.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Payment can be done through Molpay using credit card, debit card and online banking.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL?

You will receive an email immediately upon completion of your purchase.

I CANNOT MAKE PAYMENTS. HOW DO I PROCEED?

Kindly send an email to us, we will help in cancelling your order. Once done, you may proceed with new orders.

INCORRECT ITEMS IN MY ORDER. HELP!

Kindly email us at hello@cantix.com.my . Please share your Order ID and list out the incorrect items. We are really sorry.

FOR RESTOCK ITEMS, CAN YOU INFORM ME ONCE IT IS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we don’t have that feature yet. We will only announce the restock items through newsletter. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDERS?

If you need to send the item back, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Cantix and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

For exchanges, please contact our customer care team by emailing to hello@cantix.com.my and indicate the new size/color you'd like to exchange with. If the item requested is out of stock. We will refund u in the form of store credit.

For the avoidance of any doubt, you may refer to table below to clarify on items that are eligible / not eligible to be returned : -

MAY I KNOW HOW TO RETURN?

Kindly fill in the return form and paste the return form on your parcel. Make sure the parcel is packed securely in the original courier bag. Make a call to our courier company for pickup.  Please keep a copy of your return tracking number for reference.

I RECEIVED INCORRECT AMOUNT OF REFUND

Kindly send us an email at hello@cantix.com.my and we will update your store credit as soon as possible. 

HOW DO I RECEIVE UPDATES ON MY RETURN ITEMS?

We will email your accordingly once we received the items. If there is a delay from our side, feel free to drop us an email.
